ball joint vibration?

ball joint vibration?
I have been tryiong to find my vibration for 2 weeks now. Rear drive shaft, done. Front drive shaft - bad u joint, removed drive shaft and no change in vibration. Changed tires to my old radials and found out I have a bad ball joint too.
Can a bad ball joint cause vibrations while driving?
Or could there be more wrong?
