Ball joint, hub and u-joint numbers

Hello everyone,

I need a new front axle u-joint and upper/lower ball joints. From what I read, I'll need a new hub bearing also. I was looking at the XRF brand of ball joints, and not sure on the rest. Looking for honest input on brand and their part numbers. Maybe recommendations on where to buy? Thanks always for the help.

The last time I needed advice on shocks and follwed members advice and love my new Bilsteins!

Thanks,
Chad

Many are reporting XRF joints are too large for the bores. I just installed my truck's third set (including factory) of ball joints and I went with Dynatrac after going with Napa the first replacements. I would have gone with Carli's if there wasn't a two month wait on them. I also went with Timken hubs from Rock Auto, and you can find them in their online catalog. Precision 464 greasable u-joints fit the front axles. Got them on ebay.

Dynatrac

I have installed several dyna trac ball joints (my ride and friends), also could not wait for Carli but after looking at the dyna trac they look sweet and HD! I think you get what you pay for! But the labor alone is worth installing good reliable ones so you dont have to replace again in the near future. Before I bought dyna trac i called them and asked about the rebuild kit, they said they have not sold any yet just have a few shelves full of them ummm.....just my 2 cents.
