The AAM axles are stout. Dodge rates the rear 11.5" at 6400lbs,AAM actually rates the axle at almost 11,000.

Ya no problems with mine on either my 05 or 07. Do yall know if there's a locker out for them yet? I think ARB has one for the front, but I dono if theres one for the back yet

I was thinking more along the lines of durability in an off road setting. Where you have an 8,000+ pound vehicle with camping gear going up a boulder infested hill climb and not breaking a shaft when your running 40's and you have them wedged in between two rocks. Detroit lockers available for them? or upgraded axle shafts? Yukon Gear make higher ratio gears? That is more the application I'm looking for.

Re-read post #15.

ARB has a front locker available which I use. Works well I might add.

ARB is supposed to be coming out with one for the 11.5" rear end.

No detroits available.

I talked to Barney from Eaton this week and he told me approx 1 year for Detroit Lockers.
