want to try a used one that was known to be good before i drop $400 on a GDP and it does not fix my truck

I need to put the $400 towards making the truck run, making it faster/better right now is not good, per spousal unit

cummins dealer will sell me "something that fits"
but it is $379 or so.

any tricks to replacing one?
it's on low pressure side, so it should be plug & play, correct?

I have one. Let me know what I can do for you. It came off streetsmokers truck and was working good when we took it off and installed the wlabro. I think everyone needs a walbro anyway, but it would be good for testing i guess!

Those two pumps are not like the 03 and 04 pumps. Yours is on the back of the fuel filter housing. Its black plastic.
