Advice on fuel pump
hmmmm.......i think I'm going to have to remove my ZXT box and take mine in for a new one as well
Remove the wiring harness for the box too........hopefully they won't say anything about the Commander.

Festus- Be prepared to do alot of explaining concerning your Commander if your dealer is anything like mine. I got a P0192 code (low rail press), which puts the truck in limp mode and makes it tap like crazy. I took the truck in and the dealership diesel tech immediately blamed the Commander because I had tapped the wires for my boost and rail press readings. They tried saying I'd have to buy a new wiring harness, etc.. Total jerks about it. They called the Commander a, and I quote, "hot-box". I just stood there in disbelief. It took me explaining that the Commander was a stand-alone gauge and did nothing to change engine performance (I don't have a box). I had to get real loud in front of a lot of other customers before they took the truck in again and found the problem was the rail press sensor and NOT the Commander.
So yes, they covered the sensor under warantee, but I think they put something in the system about my Commander ruining the wiring harness. If someone works for DC and can check by VIN, please PM me. I'd like to know for sure if they did put anything in the system concerning the Commander being installed.

Update
I took my truck in to the dealer to have the fuel pressure checked. They say they don't test pressure they test volume. It was flowing 52 and the minimum is 46 according to DC. The wouldn't replace my pump. I'm was showing 3-4 pounds of pressure on my guage when I took in. This morning is was reading between 2-3 pounds when I headed to work. I made sure they knew that when this thing dies on the road somewhere I will be calling them to chew someone out. Again, I would replace it on my own if I could, but physically I can't right now.
I don't want to hijack your thread, but it seems ripe for my question...
I have the commander and no chips, and I ran around 4-6 psi on the low side always, but lately I have been reading 2 psi and sometimes it will go to 0 psi for quite a while.
Do I have a bad sensor or should I change the filter or what is happening? I have just rolled 13,000 miles and haven't done anything to the fuel system yet.

I changed the fuel filter a couple of weeks ago after I saw the drop in pressure with no change in pressure after. I took a 1000 mile trip over the weekend and my pressure seems to be dropping gradually. I'm now at about 2 psi. The truck still runs perfect with no missing or any codes. I'm beginning to think that the isolator for my gauge might have gone bad. Is there anyway to test it? I purchased it new with my gauges a couple of years ago. Where is the best place to get another isolator? Any thoughts from the experts?
Thanks

Do you mean if I remove it and check it is there fluid? I used rv anti-freeze in the line from the isolator into the cab. I have not removed and looked at the isolator yet. I can pull it, but I wasn't sure how to check it.
I meant in the line to the cab. Is that fluid still there? I thought I read somewhere that someone had a similar problem, and when he checked that line it was empty.
My isolator ran dry and it really scared me after I hooked the Fass up and still only had 7 lbs.. I found that on colder mornings it would always read low. I assume that was because the rubber in the isolator was stiffer dur to the cold.
