I am assuming they are. Although the C447 is the only one that had a C prefix. The one 5 116 could be S 116

 

I believe they are just some type of check sum codes or software version codes. I didn't pay attention if you mentioned your truck year, is it a 2006 Auto? Because if you google the codes it seems every body with that year/auto gets the same results.
