48RE trans whats next

Changed the oil and filter adjusted bands At 96000KM preventive maintance so says the dealer. That day it starts the 1-2 shuffle dropped the pan go buy the pressure govenor and the transducer thats what the dealer trans tech says.Good for three days in the morning when cold it starts the 1-2 not sure what gear to be in as it warms up its still not right but you can control it with throttle pedal movement. What next if you been there and had a fix please help. What about the TTVA motor tried to calibrate no luck the procedure is at the BD Diesel website under valve body replacement.

Install a trans-go shift kit. Had my truck to the dealer 3 times for the "shift shuffle" with no luck. I installed a shift kit and no more problems! Shifts firm and works great.

I am going thru the same issue. I have replaced the pair of sensors 4 times over the past 6 months. At first I thought it was just an electrical issue, but the last time I dropped the pan it had clutch material in it. That small amount of debris was getting in the sensors. I am going in next week to rebuild it with new clutches and bands.
