The service manager can GOODWILL/wave the $100 deduct for 467 miles over.Most will.Its just good business sence.D.c. will if you call them.But the dealer I worked in at 467 miles over we would have wavied the deduct with no questions asked.Why pee spmeone off and loose their business.The guy was a EGGHEAD.I'd go back and walk in and ask for the WHO's IN CHARGE and explain what egg head did.Sometimes the writers were I worked would not even ask.They would handle the repair and get it wavied/signed off on later knowing it would be.Theres not a D.C. rep out there thats going to be that kinda hard nut at that mileage.
