2500HD Rear Caliper Seized / Fins or no fins

2500HD Rear Caliper Seized / Fins or no fins
My 2003 CTD 2WD has a seized caliper. I am confused. Will the finned caliper fin this unit or do I need the without fins caliper. Only thing available today is with fins and I need truck on road today. Thanks for your help. Rich
