2007 trans filter 48re
I just did my filter and needed almost 7 liters. Is you oil level proper? I know mine was deceptive as it always appeared like the level was Ok on 1 side of the dipstick due to oil residue in the dipstick tube. Take a close look at both sides of the dipstick, and take the lowest reading as correct.
had the trans oil change at the dealership, 42K
they just drained out the oil and replaced the filter. added back what came out
truck ran fine after the service.
were you having any trans problems before you drained the oil?

it was slipping a little and some of the post said they changed their filter so i thought i'd try, tonight i filled it with more and made the level right.....it'll move but acts like the rear brakes are stuck. dont know if i messed something else up
