2004 ram wont start..Engine light on?

I have a 2004.5 ram diesel in my signature. Engine light came on. it went off. i pulled camper light came on again. i get codes P0192 P0483. Lift pump pressure is at 6-9 psi and my fuel filter was changed a month ago. Any ideas? its at *********** now. I priced out CP3 and they said $3200 and Fuel rail pressure sensor they said was $800. Can i get either or cheaper anywhere else? Can i get a better CP3 thats better than stock? They said $3200 was for a rebuilt CP3????? What else to check? I did get it running after a few tries and it ran loud like a old 5.9 cummins. like it was getting hardly no fuel....

lol nope not yet. still cant find time to install gauges. but i disconnected my boxes at lake and still nothing. i removed edge, quadzilla LP gauge and rail gauge, disconnected batteries for 4 hours...nothing.just busy with kids and new job no time on weekends to do gauges but i will. But this problem really isnt box related. My cp3 might of been dying the last few months resulting in my HIGH EGT or bad box troubles...right?

Perty sure it's the rail pressure sensor. Do a search on here about it. I remembering reading about a couple of weeks ago.

Rail pressure sensor is about a buck eighty from Cummins and you can buy a CP3 take off almost new for around $400. The rail sensor is about a 20 minute job if you lolly gag. The CP3 is a little more involved but still easy to do at home.
