2004 Leak Problem

Hey all, a friend of mine is looking at a 2004 24 valve cummins. Now the problem is there is a leak on the driver side and it looks like diesel fuel. The leak extends onto some of the connectors and such, and where it seems to be leaking from has a pulley attached to it. Sorry to be so vague. Any ideas what this could be? And what it might be to fix

No questions asked covered under warranty. I was thinking the CP3 unit because I've heard of problems with them.

Now here it the problem. The truck is stock looking right now but has a boost gauge, and EGT gauge installed. Now, here's the problem, don't know if there was a programmer on the vehicle, and I work at a honda dealer and the truck is here so they won't know crap. Would they void the warranty for the gauges on the truck, or dig into it to see if there was a programmer on it?
