Angry 06 2500 mega cab burn't down AGAIN!!!

Ok this is getting bad. Took my rig up towing a two place enclosed sled trailer...not a big load...and low and behold it blew the turbo out and filled the cramk case full of fuel AGAIN. This is the second time it has happened in the 24K miles I have had it. Last time I was told an injector stuck which caused the issue. This time it looks as if the fuel is coming from somewhere else(they are still looking into it). Possibley a cracked head / block who knows.
Has anyone had similar issues?

To date 8 months of ownership:
New turbo
new injectors(2)
New Air conditioning Compressor
Reset all the electronics(miliage went to 6 MPG) fixed the issue
Now another turbo and whatever else they find is the cause

Pretty sad for a $40K new truck next time I'll buy something else!

Hope you didn't buy it under any type of employee pricing plan, if so they snuck a binding arbitration clause into your paper work and you will be like me, waiting over 3 months for even an arbitration meeting.

Good luck, but as above demand a buy back if not employee pricing plan. Otherwise start the paperwork ASAP as it will take lots of time & patience.

Lemon It! The binding arbitration is not legal (in Michigan), look for an attorney who specializes in lemon law.

I agree LEMON it.. Look into a good lawyer!! They are priceless and if the dealer knows you mean business things will get done..

I hate to hear that about your truck.. Unfortunately nothing in this world is perfect.. I tow a 29' enclosed snowmachine trailer daily. I now have 1800 miles on it in two weeks.. I hope I don't have that kind of trouble..

Geez, why is everybody that reports about a problem a troll? Just because you don't have a problem with your truck doesn't mean nobody else ever has a problem.

He only posts twice in his eight months of ownership. Both times about the same thing.

Sorry Chevy Boy, just callin it like I see it.

Sorry if I offended you, but two compaints and no positive input = troll.

That and he is seriously commiting the Fallacy of Misleading Vividness!!! I mean, anyone who has that kind of bad luck should know, just based on sheer probability, that they are in a small if not empty category of the market. Also, to think that that kind of misfortune is "normal" or "something that can be expected from normal use" and then to act on it irrationally (viz., get a different brand truck), is beyond what is reasonable. If you decided on a dodge diesel, it most likely was because of the wonderful Cummins engine. The engine didn't all of a sudden become as bad or worse than a Duramax or Powerstroke just because you got a bad one. That is tantamount to someone who finds just carbonated water in their Pepsi can and then declares to everyone that they are switching to Coke on the SOLE BASIS that Pepsi is the worst manufacturer in the world and that it is sad that for $1 a can, they can't get it right!

I hope he is real, but there is deffinitely the whiff of troll about him!
