Does it seem to be lugging down when you push the clutch in?

Any noise or vibration?

Throw out bearing?

Lets figure out if its mechanical or electrical.
After starting the truck, unplug the clutch safety switch, then operate the clutch in and out and see if it still does it.
If it doesn't do it then it is electrical. If it does do it, then its mechanical.
Make sense ?

Right above the clutch pedal, looks like the brake light switch.
