03 stuck in driveway code p2051

03 stuck in driveway code p2051
Hey guys
I took a 03 for a test drive and after shutting it down to look it over, now it wont start?
With all my bloody VP failures the first electronic pump I got near and it croaks 
Pulled the codes and got P0251 ~injection pump A rotor/cam malfunction~ any ideas if this meens the cp3 pump is done or??? They are sending a tow truck to remove it later but dang what is it with these things? My old p7100 is looking better every day
