What Transmission do I have and How much oil do I need?

I have a 2003 HO 2 wheel drive with a 6 speed manual transmission. Which trannie is it, NV4600 or NV5600?
I am going to change the oil in the Transmission and Differential tomorrow. How much does each hold?
I am going to use either the Pennzoil or Redline synthetic 75W-140W not sure which one right now. One last question. Who puts out a good manual for these trucks?

You have the NV5600. DO NOT USE THE OIL YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT BUYING!! It will kill the tranny. You have to have either Pennzoil Synchromesh or the factory Mopar stuff. Do a search on it here, they explain it better than I can, but using standard manual tranny gear oil will kill yours.
