Ok so i pulled my injectors out and cleaned them then i put them back in, started it and it was running rough, sounded like a misfire so i felt under the manifold to see what cylinder was cold and it was number two. So i pulled number two injector out and when i pulled it out i guess it hit the retaining clip on the intake rocker arm and broke it. I didnt think anything of it and just went about cleaning the injector. Put it back in started it and it ran the same way.
I did some tests on the injectors and gave up and took it to dodge to have an injector test ($400
) well they called me and told me the injectors seemed fine but they needed to do a valve adjustment to be sure then they said the intake rocker arm was damaged due to that retaining clip and said it needed to be replaced and blammed the rough running on that.
Now does that make sense? Even though it ran the same before i broke the clip and after? Are they fooling me? Im sure the clip is important but you cant blame the rough running on that even before i broke it. Help please!

What was the reasoning for "cleaning" the injectors? Theres nothing externally to clean thats of any importance. Are you sure the injector tubes were seated and torqued properly? And last time I checked you had to buy a whole rocker, cant buy just the tip pad
