I know, its in great condition but I just don't need a dually...maybe someday??? I don't know. Looks like an excellent truck at a fair price to me.

The 97-98.5 12v 5 spd (215 hp if not EGR) is hard to find.

Easy fix for that. Don't waste your time, energy (and sometimes money) rotating tires. I replace my rear tires about every 100k and the fronts about 120k. The only time I have to replace all six at once is about 600k. Bad thing is, I used to rotate and the 600k will be here soon.

Well, I applied for a loan today to see if I could get the truck. I think I would have to put down some money (which I don't have a lot of) and hopefully I will get it...but my hopes aren't high.

Wish me luck

Good luck! Wow that is an amazing truck! I would pay 9K for that without a second thought. But I would still offer 8k first... lol

GAmes, what the hell are your tires made of IRON??? 100-120K miles? I hope to get that much on my 19.5's!

Michelin LTX M/S load range E. I don't race, do jack rabbit starts or rapid stops (unless some moron pulls out in front of me). Most of my miles are highway, and the rears wear out first since I do tow a lot. At 697k I still have the original rear brake shoes, which I do keep adjusted, and have only replaced the front pads once. A lot of that is thanks to my exhaust brake.

I couldn't get the loan. Oh well. I'll just have to get better credit and wait a year or so. Hopefully I can find a deal like that again.
