Unhappy Using seat bolts for brackets

Well in the middle of doing my stereo I made a bracket that bolts to the passenger seat mounting bolts, unbolt, put the amp bracket on and then bolt the seat back in. Well after looking at it I had a bad feeling that it might affect the seat mounting, being very important sonce it is a quad cab, so the seat is the seat belt anchor. I dont want the pass seat breaking loose because of using the bolts to hold an amp rack down. Any ideas?? I dont want anyone to get hurt from that.

You can swap the stock bolt for a stud with the same size and grade and use a nut with washer to hold hte seat down. Then use another nut to keep the amp bracket in place. This won't influence the leverage on the stock seat fastener in the body.
