Trailer harness fuses?

The running lights and the trailer brakes quit working on my 01 2500. I checked for voltage at the plug and its 0. (although the turn sigs still work) The truck tail lights are still working, just the trailer plug is dead. Does my CTD have trailer only fuses that are hidden somewhere? (factory harness) The hanes manual doesn't mention them and I do not have an owners manual.

I know there's a fuse under the hood for the brake controller circuit (blew it once when I had a trailer short), but I don't know about the rest.

Got it fixed...thanks. That 40amp fuse under the hood feeds the brake controller and the tail lights, but NOT the turn sigs.
