Will 305/70/16's fit without a leveling kit?

A friend of mine, and DTR member BIGSCOTT, has an 02 with 305/70/16 Nitto Terra Grapplers with no lift. But hes running aftermarket aluminum 16inch wheels. Not sure the brand but they look just like the american racing Baja style. If I had to guess they're probably 16x8 with a 4.50inch backspace. No rubbing and they look great!!

I got 315's on mine with no lift, and they rub a little bit. So 305's should be ok.

They will fit just fine. I ran them for a while until they wore out. Now running 285/75 and missing the 305s actually. I think the ride was better on D rated 305s than on E-rated 285s.

Hey J. I'm runnin the exact same tire as you. Wonderin how they're holdin up? Mine are abt 1 1/2 yrs old (not sure on mileage) daily driver, and I'm at about 6/32". Steers cupping a little bit, and I rotate every 3-4 months. They seem to be doin pretty good (considering I light em up once ina while)
