tires

i have a stock 2500 cummins 1999 does anyone know if i can fit 315/75R16 tires with out a lift

Leveling kit should do the trick, but it will depend on your wheel width and backspacing. (Probably OK with stock rims.)

Beast, I think you will run into tire/radius arm contact issues with that tire on a stock rim. With a leveling kit, they will most likely not rub the fenderwells, but that will not alleviate the rub with the radius arms.
