Angry Tail Lights, 3rd Brake Light, Strange Problem!

Hey there... Strange wiring problem. Walked out of my house the other day and my Tail lights (not rear brake lights) and third brake light were on... will not turn off. Turn signal only works on left side. Right side comes on but won't flash... All fuses check out and flasher/hazard units seem to be okay. Has anyone else experienced strange issues like this? Isn't the third brake light (top of cab) just a brake light... not a running light? It gets brighter when brake is applied. Everything else electrical works fine. Have had issues with my Tekonsha trailer brake, but this seems to be something else... Aggravating! Many many thanks for any help...

Check your trailer plug for water or dirt inside.

Check your grounds and connections up under the dash by the pedals.

Thanks guys... turned out to be a combination of issues. Hazard flasher bit the dust and the trailer brake wasn't grounded properly.

Sucks when its multiple issues like that, makes it hard to track them down.

Ya... It took a good four hours to track everything down with the meter. A note to Tekonsha trailer brake owners...If ANY of the wires are not perfectly connected, the brake will not work. Very little "resistance for resistance (ohms)."
