Steering boxes?

Truck has been a pain to drive since new and I just found out that it has a four turn box on it. My brother has a 3rd gen and it's box will go lock to lock in 23/4 turns. Will a 3rd gen box fit on a 2nd gen truck? I really like the steering on his truck.

You can buy a 3 turn box for your truck. I think NAPA carries them and I also think PSC (SP?) makes one. Do a search, you should be able to find lots of info.

PSC no longer makes them, and I'm not so sure about Napa. I do know AGR makes one, and you can get those through Autozone.
