Seats Out Of What Vehicle?

Of those who have replaced the factory seats with another vehicles used units, which are the best?

What do you mean by "Best"? Because if it were up to me I'd have a set of MasterCraft seats in my truck right now, but they'd be hard to install and $$$. Otherwise I think 3rd gen seats fit OK. Your going to have trouble finding a center console thats as wide as our trucks. I've also seen a local guy with Corvette seats in his 1500 SS/T.

When I say "best", probably more concerned about fit and availability. I would think I could find some seats out of a local parts car cheaper than new ones from a seat dealer. Just wondering if anyone has yanked some seats out of, for example, a Ford or Chevy truck (just for example) and they fit well.

Id like to know if the seats out a of a 99ish gmc, chevy seats with integrated seat belt will fit. Id love to have some in leather with heat.
