on my 97 4x4 diesel
what does it stand for and where is it located
how do you reset it

It stands for Rear Wheel Anti Lock brakes.

The ABS sensor is located in the top of the rear differential. It is a magnetic type sensor and it, to the best of my knowledge, cannot be reset only replaced.

It's a really simple task, just pick one up at your local dealer or parts store (not sure if it is a MOPAR exclusive) and pop that bad boy in. It shouldn't cost more than $60 at the most.

I use a little scribe to scrap away any of the rust and other debris before pulling those type sensors, it makes them so much easier to remove on the first try.
