Quad cab doors

Does anyone know if the front passenger door from a 1998 regular cab would interchangeable with a 1999 front passenger door on a quad cab?

If you look at the regular cab doors, they have a large radius at the bottom of the door. The Quad cab doors come down to a nice right angle. So no, they won't interchange.

It wont work, see in this pic the bottom of the door is rounded

and on the quadcab the bottom of the door is squared off
