Proper A/C pressures

Does any one have the temp/pressures charts for R134 that shows the proper hi/lo side pressures for the A/C system in our Dodges? A friend of mine is concerned about his Rams (gasser) A/C isn't performing as well as it used to. I have manifold guages but no experience tinkering with the A/C on a Ram. If someone has the charts handy I would appreciate it.

Low side should be 35ish at idle.

For the high side, there should be a temperature scale. The temperature should read about 70 degrees above ambient temperature.
