OEM body side molding

I have a 2000 Ram 2500, 4x4, diesel, quad cab, long bed. There is body side molding across the front doors and also the quad cab doors. I have seen some other long bed trucks with side molding going from the front of the bed to just short of the rear wheel wells on the same horizontal line as on the doors. I would like to add that piece to my truck. Anyone know of a source where that can be purchased? Thanks in advance for all info.

Try the dealer, or if you have a friend in the body shop business see if he can get it for you.

You will want the molding from a 98-99 IIRC. Its refered to as 4-piece body side molding and you may need to get the whole set.

I bought some at an auto paint supply house. You may need to go to a dealer, though, to get an exact match to the shade and profile of what is original on yours. Price that, and then price a new set from a paint supply place- it may be cheaper to buy all new, and then it will match perfect.
