Need quick answer on steering stabilizer

Sorry I already have a post on my death wobble but I really need a fast answer to this.I'm doing the steering stabilizer right now &I need th know if where it mounts to the passengers side does it take a washer? If so on inner or outter?Inside of the hole looks like the rubber mount is set back like it should pop into the mounting hole or maybe a washer goes over it?I'm trying to get it done while I have the time today.Any help I'd appreciate. Thanks.

It's just like a shock absorber, so I'd bet it needs one of those washers like at the top of your front shocks, on each side of the rubber bushing....
