Need a part # please.

Anyone know the part number to the fuel module gasket. I got diesel leaking from between the threads of the tank an big fuel module plastic cap/retaining ring. I was thinking of just unscrewing it and using some type of Permatex gasket maker on the threads, but, I figure if I'm going to unscrew it, I may as well replace the gasket. I park facing uphill and with a near full tank, it leaks. With the cost of diesel now, it just kills me to know it's leaking and wasting that fuel. It's for the truck in my sig. Thanks!
