I used his trackbar bushings on my 3rd gen. No complaints at all and it did make a difference. I had the bushings pressed into my existing track bar.

I haven't had any issues with mine...holding up well so far after roughly 5000 miles and I have the 2nd to 3rd gen upgrade.

I bgt a different bracket for my 3rd gen Track Bar.... it was before Lazarsmith came out with theirs. When you turn my wheel the bracket flexes a lot. Lazarsmiths does not. I familiar with many of his products and can easily say they are all top quality! It's just how he builds things.

I replaced my third gen track bar bushings after 120,000 miles with his offset bushings, to center truck on the frame due to 2" lift, and have had no trouble for 25,000 miles.
Don't know the thread you refer to but the load on the track bar bushings is considerable. If someone did not use his high grade hardware, I could see some wear problems.
