Truck in my sig, it has factoy keyless entry. Is there a way to get the parking lights to flash or the horn to beep when I lock or unlock the truck? Right now if I'm not close enough to hear it lock I have no idea if it has or not. Thank you.

 

I know I'm not much help, but I recall on my dad's Dakota somewhere in the manual it has a procedure for turning the chirp/lights on or off. So I'm guessin it can be done on your truck, just can't remember how.

You can get the chirp but the lights only flash if the panic button is pressed. Then it just the headlights that flash.

There is nothing in the owners manual about this at all. I guess the earlier truck didn't do that. Oh and SIXSLUG there is no panic button on my remotes.
