Have you thought about getting yours fixed? A good uhpolstry(sp?) shop should be able to do it. I'm going to have mine fixed here very soon. The previous owner must have been a larger individual and plum wore out the foam and springs on the Drivers side. There is also a tear wear you slide in and out. I got a quote to fix the foam and springs and to replace the outer to panels of fabric with factory material for $180 bucks. They said the fabric was discontinued, buy they found a roll of it that they had.

You can take just the bottom off. What I did was fix the wires that support the foam(a few rusted through) then put a double layer of burlap between the wires and the foam, put the cover back on and its like new.

Yep - those seats are the easiest to repair that I have ever seen.

Left\right lower seat frames are directly interchangeable side-to-side, as are the springs, foam, padding, covers, etc.

The back frames are different, but the foam, covers, and etc can be managed.

Find a seat you like in the boneyard, get a like spare passenger seat to make it nice and comfortable.
