Question Interior fuse block ?

Hi all

i have a 1998 2500 ram that someone has messed up the interior fuse block located on left side of dash.

How can i get to the back side of it to repair it ?

Can it be removed to repair the terminals ?

2 fusees just fall out ?

Thank you !

pretty sure you need to remove dash pad and at least the trim around the cluster and headlight switch.
maybe the cluster itself.
been a long time for me and going on memory, which is not much anymore.
