headlight switch / mirror interchange between years?

headlight switch / mirror interchange between years?
I've got a '98 12v, with the power, heated mirrors, and the push-pull headlight switch.
Without dropping $400, I'd like some power towing mirrors, and the rotary switch for the headlights (prefer the feel).
Are the later mirrors and headlight switch plug & play with my truck?
If I should be searching, feel free to slap me about the head with a large trout.
