headlight question

Can parking and marker lights be put on a separate toggle switch.

I thought these were the same thing. Parking lights on european cars turn on one side at a time because the roads are narrow and underlit. Do you mean the clearance lights on the cab and parking lights on a seperate switch?

From: North Carolina or Kentucky. Take your pick
You would have to run separate wiring for one or the other. Power from both orginate at headlisght switch and generally run off same wiring leads.
