H/O characteristics

What is difference between H/O and standard 01 Ram? Can I tell by the VIN which one is it.

the HO motor has a differant injection pump and also different compression i think and as far as the vin..

All HO's are 6 speeds, and all 6 speeds in 01-02 are HO's. 99-00 6 speeds were 235hp engines.
