Question fog light bulbs

What's going on guys? This may seem a little basic, but, is there a way to just replace the bulb in my 99 3500 w/ auto. It seems as though I would be hard pressed to pull the bulb from the rear of the assembly, unless I'm supposed to pull the whole thing out and replace the bulb at that point. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Dave A.

You have to take the light out of the bumper to get to the light I believe.

I take mine out from behind, they turn about a 1/4 and pop out. It really hurts to shove my hand in that tight spot though.
