A bird took out my grill.
I've seen alot of different styles out there, but does anyone have suggestions for the best quality and fit?

i think that the toothy ones look pretty cool. i like the stock ones too. sounds like you need a guard for that thing if you keep runing over geese and stuff.
what kind of bird was it?

 

Pheasant. Came in low and hard. I think his mind was still on the breeding season.

 

Summit has a very nice Stull grill & surround package that I am going to order. I inquired on a different board for comments and the ones that have it came back thumbs up. The $220 price tag is very reasonable, too.

I took on a chrome deer in the grocery store lot one night.

I like many of the grill replacements & inserts, but I broke the surround. That's why the Stull unit from Summit caught my eye.

I assume a bird the size of a ringneck took out the grill and surround.
