Death Wobble after new ball joints

I have a 2001 Long box extended cab with a box in the back making whole truck weigh around 10K. I have 440K on truck (I put on 380K). Never had a death wobble problem until a few weeks ago. I replaced all ball joints and now I get a death wobble very frequently (4 or 5 times today). I just put on the 2010 drag link and tie rod ends this spring, have a track bar conversion with new bushings last fall and recently I replaced sway bar end links. Steering dampner is not real old (year or two). I am on the third steering box from Power steering services, it still seems OK. Everything seems tight on the front end, don't really know where to go from here. Probably try replacing steering dampner, looking for other ideas from the group. Thanks

For giggles, you didn't use Moog ball joints, did you?
