TRUE---but the 07 is my daily driver(87000 miles),my 01 as stated in the earlier post is a blast to drive on the highway---put her in 6th and no need to shift unless traffic slows me down, but really wears on you in stop and go/rush hour.DW

I'm just giving you grief..... I too love my truck for many reasons and I really enjoy driving it. But I hated rack up miles so I got another car and parked the truck with plans on driving it every month or two or when needed. Well that plan didnt work out quite like I planned as I found that if I dont drive it at least once a week then I get all twitchy.

NICE! I like the hood too. Is it functional or just for looks?

Have you ever thought about opening it up? I was thinking of getting a cowl hood some time ago but lack of funds keep getting in the way.

yes,i looked at them a few years ago but like you i have other priorities right now----i have seen them for around 500 plus paint .The 07 needs/has a few wants in the spring plus i am taking delivery on a park model cottage at my lake property in May.Pretty much have to dis-assemble my deck/patio cover and make the new place fit where the RV was, going to be a busy spring/summer.DW
