For some reason it seems that air is always blowing out of the defroster, regardless of selector position. Heat/Cool works fine, but I can't divert it from the windshield. Setting the **** to the OFF position turns of the fan as it should, but all other positions are exactly the same. Any ideas?

 

Check for a vacuum leak. I have read in other posts of similar problems and similar solutions.

 

Okay, I just realized that my cruise and 4X4 aren't working either. Does anybody have a vacuum line daigram? Where does the main vacuum line connect?

 

Never mind guys, I found my main line and I found my leak (the leak was in the main line). Thanks!

 

Also check the line that connects to the cruise servo (under the D/S battery), it breaks all the time. I replaced it with a normal rubber vacuum hose.
