Chevy wheel cylinders--what year chevy and truck?

Lots of folks have made the simple, cheap switch.
The 7337 cylinders are 30mm in diameter, Dodge stock 3500 and post '97 2500s are 27mm (30% more braking force)
Stock pre '97 2500s are 24mm, the 7337 cylinder applies over 50% more braking force in this case.

My parts guy said chev + dodge 1 tons use the same wheel cyl???
