I've looked and searched, but I can't find anyone anywhere on the web that has put in captains seats in a 2nd Gen. I wan't to take out my center console so the people in the back seat will have at least a chance of some more leg room, but im going to miss the arm rest that the center console gave me..I just want something to rest my arm on...any ideas?

 

Check out RV supply sites. They have generic captain seats for install in rebuild RV's and vans. Go from pretty inexpensive to very pricey if you want full leather, etc.

I once looked at a Scotty Highlander motorhome built on a 2nd Gen Dodge Ram 3500 4x4 chassis and it had captains seats.

 

Hmm I will have to remember that...I took the center console out and im not sure if I will even want arm rests...it is really nice to have that extra space in the middle. I just need to do something with the brackets that are welded and riveted to the seat frame
