I had the same exact problem, I put in a new track bar and it stopped for a little bit. Then it got worse than it was in the first place, I tightened the bar up as tight a possible and it hasnt done it since. I never thought the track bar being a tad loose could pop in the wheel like it was so I searched everything else in the front end for a couple weeks, finally tightened the bar and that was it. Good luck, I had someone turn my wheel while I looked at the front end and I could see my whole front axle shifting.
