I remove the inner door panel? The heated mirror on the drivers side doesn't heat and I want it to

Do the door panels come off like they used to on the older vehicles (lots of experience in the 80's), Plastic inserts along the bottom, a few screws, punch/bump the entire thing upward to remove?

Never mind, I just removed it, tested voltage, and replaced it. It's just about the same as earlier cars/trucks with the exception the older ones kinda "hooked" over the top edge where the window track is, this had the plastic clips along the top as well.
