Another death wobble
Another death wobble
going to attempt to replace the control arm bushings with the Energy Suspension ones. The bolts have never been touched in 287,000 miles. I know they are going to be a project let alone replacing the old rubber bushings The new ones have 2 shapes to each size. What goes where or is this going to be self evident. Just general instructions included. Any advise from the pros out there? Thnx Steve
You will be able to tell where everything is when your taking it apart. Just make sure you mark the ecentric bolts and washers on the front and put them back in the same position when you are done. if you have an air hammer this will make getting the frozen bolts out easier. A press works good for pushing the bushings out. Just a suggestion but don't take them all out at once, do them one at a time if you can.
