Which aftermarket intake for wet climate?

I have always put on a BHAF on my last few CTD's. But now live in Juneau and it is ALWAYS WET here. Right now the factory box is on my 02. Kinda hesitant to put a bhaf on it due to open element and the possiblitly of it staying wet. I really dont care to spend a couple hundred on all the aftermarket boxes. Anyone got any opinions or ideas?

Kip

just a thought

you can get the filter sock that goes over it and this stops water unless your hitting it with a garden hose. also you can build up a lip on the edge of your inner fender where the hood comes down. use 1/8 rubber shees cut like a rectangle mount it with some screws and washers. the rubber needs to be just a tad longer so it hits the hood and bends alittle making a good blocker. you dont need to do the whole inner fender lip just enough to cover you bhaf.
