So the dealer replaced the transmission fluid in my 6-spd with the wrong stuff; resulting in my syncros messing up.
Despite the big warning sticker on the transmission that states "Serious damage will result", the dealer (Gunn Dodge in San Antonio) has been uncooperative in taking responsibility for their actions. I have called time after time and have been given the run-around.
Is there a regional manager or anyone within the organization that I can contact??

I'm certainly not a legal expert, but this sounds like a clear case of negligence on their part. If they improperly serviced your vehicle, and it was damaged as a direct result of their incompetence, then this is a clear case of negligence, which is "failure to exercise the care that a reasonably prudent person would exercise in like circumstances." If the dealer is not taking responsibility for their mistake, and you can prove that they damaged your transmission, then the only option you have left is to take legal action. Start documenting all of your interactions with the dealer, keep a log of all your conversations with them, and note who you spoke with, when, and what they said. Keep all receipts. Then ask to see the owner or general manager, or who ever the senior manager is, and explain to them politely what happened and politely demand that they fix your transmission. If they still ignore you, and they will, then write them a letter, address it to the owner, request that he see you, and explain exactly what happened, and exactly what you want. State that if you do not hear back from them in X number of days, then you will file suit with the local small claims court for X amount of dollars, plus damages. Make sure to send the letter certified mail (or return receipt requested), so you have proof they received it. If you still don't hear back from them, then call back again, and explain to them that if you don't hear back from them the next day, you will file a complaint with the court.
In the mean time, if you must have your truck fixed, then take it to another shop and once they fix it have them write down an affidavit (a sworn statement) in which they give their professional opinion as to what caused your transmission to fail. If you don't fix your transmission, then get several estimates as to how much it will cost to repair. Good luck, and make sure to act in a professional but firm posture, I'm sure you're probably mad as a hornet, but that won't help you resolve anything.

Be sure to keep several samples of the "wrong" fluid. Never let one of them out of your pocession! Leave one with the shop that fixes your tranny properly with same instruction...in case they have to testify or sign affidavit. Be sure they can testify they gave you the sample. Dealer will want one, others may also. JMO.
